Commercial Flooring Expertise

Commercial flooring products require specific installation training and experience to perform as designed. We receive frequent calls requesting repairs of failing floor installations. We are experts in our trade. Always request references from prior installations, we are happy to provide prior client connections. We recently had a local school call for stair tread repairs after only two years of use. There were 92 stair-treads that had been installed incorrectly. Although the lowest bid was attractive, the inexperienced installing company had omitted a few crucial steps, which caused the treads to fail after only two years of use. (Properly installed treads are expected to last 20-30 years.) This oversight cost the client over twelve thousand dollars to remedy. - Jason Herrmann/Owner
